The recreation part of the hotel was specially designed for active rest, and taking care of your health and fitness. Guests can freely use our “Pool Complex” which includes: a 17-meters’ swimming pool, hydro-massage, whirlpool, Finnish sauna, and an infrared sauna.
For our youngest guests at the pool, we offer a separate paddling pool, water toys. The water temperature is kept constant at 30°C, and the pool meets all the standards of safety, cleanliness and convenience.
Otherwise known as the dry sauna. It is recommended for anyone who wants to toughen their body. The temperature in the middle of 90-110 °C and humidity of only 5-10%. The time of one session should be from a few to a dozen minutes. After leaving one should use a cold shower immediately.
The modern form of relaxation. It allows your body to sweat without contact with hot air. It is also characterized by lower temperature compared to the Finnish sauna. Optimally the feel is of approx. 50°C. The heating element are infrared heaters.
Recommended for those who begin their adventure with saunas. It works in a gentle way on the body, improving mood and relaxing. The temperature inside is approx. 50-65 °C. The advantage is prevailing high humidity, which facilitates breathing.
